Recreational Coaches - please follow the procedure below to request a reschedule. Please make sure to get with the opposing coach prior to filling out this form (you will also need their contact information on this form).

You will see in the spreadsheet below that your information has been captured. It is also automatically sent to the League Coordinator who will reschedule the game and referee's. Please allow 2-4 days for confirmation. It is your responsibility to check the below sheet for confirmation. Your reschedule information will be listed on the far left columns.
